Hello,
We are trying to define the role of our ophtalmology nurses that works in the clinic and do the evaluation and follow up of our patient. I work in a university hospital that has a big ophtalmology center that include a clinic, an operation center, photography and also an ophtalmology emergency. We are specifically looking to develop the role of our nurses in the clinic side of our center.
Would you have a role ou job description that you would be willing to share and also do you have an specific education program for these nurses?
