Are any of your sites doing Street Medicine?  If so, what services do your clinicians provide?  Who is on your Street Medicine Team?  Do you have RNs doing independent care?  I have lots of questions and would love to have a discussion with anyone who is doing Street Medicine.

We are in the process of getting out mobile health unit (primary care services) up and running. We are currently doing 4-5 days a month in areas where the homeless population is heavy. We currently do not always have a nurse, but that is the goal for future. Currently we have a lab tech, medical assistant, provider, outreach and enrollment, and our project coordinator. We have vaccines on the unit that get removed each evening and stored. We are working on getting Narcan stocked as well, because we have seen a major need for that.
