    Dear Colleagues,

    We struggle with access for new patients and I am searching for options for using nursing roles to increase access for new patients such as intake visits. Do you have a specific intake model to help increase access for new patients with warm handoff to a new PCP?

    Second question: do your nurses use telemed or doximity for triage or care management calls? Thank you for your wisdom.
