    Good day all,

    I currently work as a PACT Coordinator, here at the VA, I was wondering if anyone could assist with updated guidelines/resources or information that is related to the walk in process or face to face triaging for RNCM? 

    We are in process of creating a standard of work for RNCM, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Morning, I am also interested. Our Unit practice counsel is  looking into this as possible to accommodate but still have clear expectations for veterans
