We are trying to learn from others if they have ambulatory fall benchmarks such as NDNQI to can share. We are a larger academic faculty practice plan with large geographical spread in PA and NJ. Over 300 practices in our provider-based locations and 250 practices in our regional employed physician groups, with close to 6 million visits a year.
We continue to evolve our fall screening /prevention program and would love to learn if you have benchmark data.
