    Hi! I am working on putting together a chart audit/peer review process for our ambulatory primary care nurses within our FQHC. Does anyone have one they already use or have a template for the audit itself?

    Hi Sarah, 

    Sheryl Bartlett and I are involved in the development of a valid and reliable tool that we will be presenting in May at the conference. Although we have a tool, it is embedded in a research project so I'm not sure we can share at this time. Our hope is to have it available for broad distribution once we have done the work. I know that doesn't help you right now.
