  • 1.  Call Center Staff and Competency

    Greetings,

    Does anyone have direct supervision over staff  who make patient appointments who are non clinical (Call center) or a contact person in your facility.   I have questions regarding training and any policies/protocols governing what they can ask patients and uses of EHR to search history, orders etc. to schedule radiology appointments.
