Our team is preparing for Measles on a larger scale.
We are considering utilizing In-Vehicle Testing Sites (similar to what was used during COVID), to collect both PCR swabs and serum antibodies for Measles testing, to help reduce the need to shut down our Ambulatory clinics for the required 2-hour cleaning post-suspected patient exposure.
Has anyone ever performed "In-Vehicle" Blood or Lab Specimen Collections?
How did you implement? What is your Standard of Work or workflows?
I appreciate any guidance that anyone can provide in regard to In-Vehicle Blood/Lab specimen collection.
