I am hoping this goes to all audience - please let me know if i accidently sent it privately.
Happy to talk thru. Some of the designations were driven by our HR because they didn't want it to be categorized as "LPN I, II, III, IV"
Our LPN II role is a Sr. LPN role.
Thanks!

I'm unable to find a previous thread about organizations that utilize a professional development ladder for LVNs in ambulatory care. We currently have one for our RNs but not for LVNs, which are primarily working in Community Health. If anyone has something that they already use, I would love to know how this works in your organization. I appreciate any advice your have to help recruit and retain our ambulatory nurses. Thanks!
