Hello everyone,
We are looking to revamp our assessment tool / test for incoming MAs.
In addition to skills assessments, we are required to have the new MA employee complete an assessment test.
The PCA compliment to this is done through our Lippincott resources, but the non-licensed Lippincott assessment tools do not directly apply to our MA role.
Wondering if others require an assessment/test, what is used, and if you'd be willing to share.
