    We are revising our orientation checklist for our MA's in our primary care clinics since it is confusing and redundant.  Would anyone be willing to share what they do?

    Hi Robin

    Do you have a current checklist that you can share. Not share on what you are looking for. We have one for all clinical support staff but it's not limited to primary care but all specialties. It is the responsibility of the preceptor in that clinic to ensure that they are training to all items applicable. I use to have orientation checklist per specialty but with so many skills over lapping, I decided to consolidate to one package. 

    I have uploaded what we are currently using.
