Hello,
I was wondering if there was a preceptor evaluation tool that anyone uses when a medical assistant is precepting a new orientee (such as another MA)? I know there are several tools used to evaluate nurses but did not find anything in the literature about other positions. Has anyone built their own tool that is willing to share or what should be avoided?
