Dear AAACN Workplace Safety and Workplace Well-Being SIG Members,

MedStar Health helped establish the National Nurse Wellbeing Consortium, a collaborative network of healthcare organizations committed to advancing the well-being of nurses and other healthcare professionals. The consortium continues to grow as organizations come together to share best practices, collaborate on research, and develop innovative solutions that support workforce well-being. See below for the link to their website:

The image below highlights the member organizations that were part of the consortium as of September 2025. Since then, the consortium has continued to expand, further strengthening opportunities for collaboration, learning, and collective impact.

In addition, the National Nurse Wellbeing Consortium hosts an annual conference focused on evidence-based strategies, emerging research, and practical approaches to improving healthcare worker well-being. This year marks the 4th Annual National Nurse Wellbeing Conference.

Thank you again for your engagement and commitment to advancing workplace safety and well-being. I hope this resource is helpful, and I encourage you to explore the consortium's work and opportunities for collaboration.

    Michelle
