    Hello, 

    I was reaching out to see if anyone has a preceptor program or training they are using to prepare your preceptors to give new hires the best experience possible.

    Hi Brooke,

    Have you looked at the preceptor guide that AAACN has in their bookstore? We are currently building a program using this as the scaffolding. It is really comprehensive and goes along nicely with the orientation guide that AAACN put out.
