    Hello Colleagues,

Does anyone offer Racemic Epinephrine treatment in their pediatric offices while planning transport to the ED? This has been brought up in our organization and I wanted to outreach to see if anyone has insight to the pros and cons and if it is used, are there any policies that have been developed.

    Stay well!

We administer in both our primary and urgent care locations with transfer to follow after administration.  We have a guideline for when to use and the follow up in ED as part of the process.
