Would anyone be willing to share their organizational policy for reasonable suspicion testing? I'm especially interested in clinic networks that are associated with hospital systems, but are not on hospital property. Specific topics that would be helpful include: Is it ever done at a satellite location? Who does the sample collection? Is it ever the person's supervisor? If it's not done at a satellite location, how does the person get transported to the location of the sample collection?
