    Greetings!

    My organization is interested in expanding the role of the Ambulatory RN to include the use of Physician approved protocols/standing order for nurse led visits.  We have already implemented nurse led Medicare Annual Wellness Visits.  We use EPIC as our EHR.  Would anyone be willing to share some nurse visit treatment protocols they have found particularly helpful?

    I am excited to see your protocol for Nurse Led visits for Medicare Wellness visits and I am attaching several of our Nurse Protocols that we use for our ambulatory care delivery model (FQHC) vetted using State of Board of Nursing guidelines.
