Our ambulatory nursing team is working on developing workflows that integrate LPNs into the Schmitt–Thompson triage process. Is anyone in Pennsylvania currently using Schmitt–Thompson with LPN involvement?
If so:
- What does your workflow look like?
- Are LPNs forwarding their notes to the clinic office provider for sign off, or are they routing them to an RN for review and sign?
