Liz Greenberg and I will be presenting a general session at our annual conference this year entitled "Safety in Telephone Triage Practice". In advance of that presentation, we have requested participation from our members in a short survey regarding current practices as they relate to call intake, routing, and initial data collection with telephone triage (symptom-based) calls. The purpose of this survey is to inform our presentation and enable us to speak to the actual practices of the AAACN membership at our general session on Friday, April 14.
Information gleaned from this study will also be shared with the general membership and the Board of Directors at a later date. This survey will be open until Monday, April 10, and we want to be sure we've heard from you!.
