We are very excited to finally be reaching out to our members of the AAACN Telehealth SIG to solicit volunteers for a panel of experts to determine the validity of questions used in an audit/feedback index for telephone triage.
By completing this form, you are voluntarily consenting to participation in this study, The Telephone Triage Audit and Feedback Index (T2AFI). Your contact information will only be utilized by study team members for study communication.
We will be randomizing the selection of this panel from all qualified applicants. All feedback provided by the selected panelist will be anonymous and will be used strictly for research purposes. Your individual responses will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party.
We ask that panelists also do not share any study information and experience to protect privacy, ensure data integrity, and adhere to ethical research practices until final results are published in a peer-reviewed journal.
