Good morning Experts! We are expanding our RN led ambulatory clinical services and would like to standardize our templates. We have noted significant variations in visit duration from nurse to nurse and clinic to clinic. We are currently conducting some informal time studies to gather data to better understand best practices and barriers, but I was hoping some of you guys might have experience or information you might be able to share on this topic.
