    HI!!

    We are looking for CCTM Advisory Committee members who meet the following criteria:

    •Broad representation from across the country (missing Northwest, Midwest, Southeast)
    •Motivated, excited to lead care transformation across the country sharing best practices/knowledge/expertise, participating in monthly CCTM SIG meetings, and AAACN Annual Conference attendance.
