    Hi all,

My name is Chris. I recently started a role as Senior Program Manager, Workforce Development at Community Health Center Association of Connecticut (CHC/ACT). For those of you familiar with the HRSA world, we are the primary care association or PCA representing 17 FQHC's in CT.

My background is in acute care nursing (adult inpatient). In the limited conversations I've had with nursing directors, they've told me that educational resources, support for preceptors, and transition to practice/nurse residency programs would be beneficial.

Is anyone else here from an FQHC or state PCA? Has anyone organized a nurse residency or other formal training for health center nurses? Just trying to get a sense of what's out there. Thanks all!
