    Hello,

    We are working to decrease workplace violence as well as follow up with coworkers who experience this in our healthcare system. I am on a steering committee that is comprised of mostly in-patient leaders. They have a behavioral emergency response team (BERT) and we would like to develop something similar for ambulatory care – a standard response to workplace violence. Does anyone already have something like this in place?

    Hi Lee Ann,

    There is actually a SIG specifically for this topic you might find helpful! @Jennifer Stranix can you place this post there to get Lee Ann more traction?

    I am working on something similar and just posted asking for resources as well. There is a tool kit on the AAACN site that might be helpful to you too, under workplace safety.
