    Join us for our next Community Live Zoom Call: Implementation of Shared Governance in the Ambulatory Setting.  Tuesday, September 20, 2022 7:00pm Eastern.  Robin Pugh with Ohio Health Physicians Group will facilitate the call.  Be ready to join the discussion and help answer some of these questions:

    • Implementation: How do/did you envision/implement Shared Governance in your setting?
    • What makes Shared Governance the same/different in the Ambulatory setting vs. the hospital setting?
    • Roadblocks: What prevents the implementation of Shared Governance or the growth of Shared Governance in the Ambulatory Setting?
    • Is there a clear understanding of what Shared Governance is among leadership/associates?
    • Is Shared Governance different in the Ambulatory setting? If so, what makes it different?
    • Does staffing impact how Shared Governance is approached in the Ambulatory setting?
