Happy New Year everyone!
I have been given the opportunity to bring a home health agency to fruition. My challenge right now is understanding what the workflow would look like (among other things). We have submitted all of the regulatory paperwork and are waiting for approval. I would like to be in a position to hit the ground running once this all comes in. If I could connect with someone who has experience in this realm of nursing, it would be greatly appreciated.
