    Our ambulatory RN's in primary care are certified to carry out the MoCA. There are a couple of clinics that allow Medical Assistants to do it, provided the PCP is certified. The nurses feel that they are the best person to perform these assessments and gain a lot out of it. Recognizing that we continue to work on skill task alignment who do you have complete the MoCA?

    Good morning, 

    Our organization is currently looking at MoCA's and who can carry out the test.  The website | MoCA Test (mocacognition.com) states that anyone that uses it must be certified by them initially and then annually.  We are trying to get the training for free due to being a public entity.  Reach out to me via email or phone if you have more questions.  I would love to discuss.

    We have the Medical assistants complete the MOCA – Works very closely with the Clinician . As an FQHC I thought we didn't have to pay  - but we had to -
