    Hi.
    Can anyone assist me with TJC standard on who can validate staff for competency of performing POCTs? Can an MA validate an RN or LPN if they've been trained?

    Hi Katherine,
    At our organization, anyone that has been validated as competent can then sign others off, this includes our Education staff, Clinical Supervisors, Clinical Improvement Specialists, RN's, MA-C Leads, MA's.
