I am over a peds clinic.  We have 7 providers total currently.  Usually 4-5 working the clinic each day.  We have 3-4 phone nurses and 3 rooming nurses.  This is our preferred staffing.  Occasionally we will have a 4th rooming nurse.  The phone nurses are assigned 1-2 providers but the rooming nurses work together to room all the providers .We see roughly 100 patients a day as well as allergy injections.
