Dear Potential Participant(s)
- Are you 18 years of age or older?
- Are you a registered nurse?
- Do you work at a major medical center in the United States?
- Do you work in primary care?
- Have you worked in primary care for at least one year?
If you answered yes to the questions listed above, you are invited to participate in a research study. The purpose of this research study is to determine primary care RNs' perceptions of communication modalities that facilitate optimum patient care outcomes.
The results of this survey can benefit society by addressing a gap in the literature, contributing to communication research, and potentiating future research in healthcare and organizational communication.
Eleanor Chapital, MSN, RN, AMB-BC, a AAACN member and a doctoral candidate in the School of Communication at Liberty University, is conducting this study. If you have any questions regarding the survey, please contact Eleanor at echapital@liberty.edu.
Thank you very much for considering participating in this important study.
